It Has Been a While

 

     I apologize for the delay since the last time I posted a blog. A lot has gone in the last 7-8 months since the last time I posted. I have moved and changed ministries. I am still with World Gospel Mission, but am now part of a ministry called Least of These. Least of These is a ministry, of World Gospel Mission, in Kenya, that provides wholistic healthcare to orphans and vulnerable children through spiritual, physical, emotional, nutritional, educational and psychological care.

     This post will just be an introduction for those who may not get my newsletter or may not have a Facebook page. I am helping in ministries that are partners with Least of These, in the area of education. Below are some pictures from over the last few months.

     Though I cannot share the names of the children below, would you please pray for them? God knows their names.

This small little guy is named Jonas. He weighs less than 3 pounds. Please remember to pray for him and pray that he would gain weight.

This young man's name is Benaiah. He is 2 and 1/2 years old.

This sweet little boy is named Jair. He is only four days old.

 

Meet Our New Kids



     Well, it has been a while since I last wrote. A couple of weeks ago we celebrated 10 years of God's faithfulness here at the Baby Centre. It was a blessed time of hearing how God worked in the lives of just a few of our kids. I feel so blessed to be able to be a part of this ministry.
     We also have had a few kids arrive lately. You will find their pictures and names below. Please remember to pray for each of these precious children as they adjust to being here.

This sweetie is named Zibiah. She is about 3 months old.

Zemira arrived last week and is around 3 months old.

Elkanah is adjusting well to being here. He is walking around and enjoying playing with all of the other kids.

This is Micaiah. He is almost three months old now.

This precious little boy is named Abner. In this picture he was five weeks old and weighed about five and a half pounds.

This sweet little girl is named Rachel.

Comings and Goings Over the Holidays

 

     Enoch and Boaz were reunited with their father. We are praying for all of them, and hope you will too.

     Jeriah also got to go home with his biological father.

This little guys name is Uriah. He joined us just a few days ago.

 

Neriah

     This adorable, big-eyed cutie is Neriah. He is 4 months old and arrived at the Baby Centre just the other day. Please keep him and all of the other children in your prayers.

This adorable little guy is Mattan. He is around 15 months old.

      Also, Godwyn and Olive were reunited with their families. Please pray for them and the two babies pictured here as they adjust.

This little cutie is Susanna. She was about 1 week old and weighed around 5 pounds when she arrived.

Update on Jeremiah

We thank the Lord that Jeremiah's surgery was successful!!! He will spend a few days at Kijabe and then return to us at Baby Centre. Thank you for all your prayers for this sweet little boy.

Prayers for a Sick Baby and a New Arrival

 

     Monday we will be taking Jeremiah to Kijabe hospital. He continues to struggle with an infection. Please pray for the team as they take him and that the doctors will have the wisdom to know what the next steps are.

     We also received a new baby today. He is around 3 months old. His name is Kenaniah. Please be praying for him as well as he adjusts to being at the Baby Centre. Thanks for remembering the babies and the staff, as they care for them, in your prayers!

This is Phoebe. She is 2 1/2 years old. She arrived the other day. She loves to play and smiles a lot.

This sweet little girl is Moriah. We welcomed her to the Baby Centre around the beginning of November.

What's Been Happening?

This little guy is Areli. He came to us when he was six weeks old. He was premature and only weighed around 3 pounds. He is doing very well and has gained weight since this picture.
